The Booking Fee is RM300. It's a retainer that locks in your dress and your date, and it's deducted from your total invoice, not an extra charge on top.

The Final Payment (your full invoice minus the Booking Fee) is collected before delivery or pick-up, after your fitting and alterations are done. We'll notify you once the dress is ready.

Yes. This is separate from the Booking Fee. The Security Deposit ranges from RM100 to RM250, depending on whether you're renting a single dress or a couple set.

It's collected together with your Final Payment and fully refunded within 7 business days after you return the dress, as long as there's no damage, no unremovable stains, and no late return.

We accept cash, credit card, payment gateway, and bank transfer.

Yes, but the Booking Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, it's forfeited upon cancellation. If you've already made your Final Payment, the remaining balance (excluding the Booking Fee) will be refunded to you.

Yes, we ship nationwide. Clients outside Klang Valley go through our online measurement and consultation process to make sure your sizing is right before the dress is shipped. We've done this hundreds of times, it works.

We totally understand that fit can be nerve-wracking. We recommend visiting our showroom for a fitting, or sharing your body measurements with our team using our sizing guide so we can recommend the best fit.

Our guided measurement process and two video review sessions, First Look and Final Look, are specifically designed to catch and correct any sizing or design issues before your dress is dispatched, so problems get solved before it ever leaves our showroom.

Yes, fittings are available at our Kajang showroom. We recommend this especially if you're between sizes or trying a design for the first time.

Yes, self pick-up at our Kajang showroom is free of charge.
