Our Story
It started with one bride who couldn't find what she needed.
Our founder Ashikin graduated from UiTM with a degree in Marketing and was planning her own wedding. She wanted a Muslimah wedding dress that was modern, modest, and felt genuinely Malay. She couldn't find one that checked all three boxes.
So she built the boutique she wished had existed.
PP Signature opened in Kajang in 2011 as Butik Planet Pengantin. What started as a small rental studio grew into a full bridal operation covering rental, custom orders, and online booking. Today we serve brides across Malaysia and internationally through our online store at ppsignature.com.
We're not a big commercial chain. We're a boutique that knows every dress in our collection, remembers the brides who've worn them, and cares whether you walk out feeling right on the day.

The people behind it
Founder & CEO
Nurul Ashikin Zainal Abidin
Ashikin oversees every dress that enters the PP Signature collection. With a background in marketing from UiTM Shah Alam and over 14 years running bridal operations, she has a clear instinct for what works on a real bride versus what looks good on a hanger.
She's the reason our collection skews toward clean, wearable silhouettes rather than over-embellished showpieces that photograph well but feel uncomfortable all day.

Co-Founder & COO
Azhar Azmi
Azhar graduated from UNIMAS with a degree in Business Information Management Systems and handles the operational and digital side of PP Signature. He built the e-commerce platform, manages the online catalogue, and is the person responsible for the systems that let brides browse, book, and confirm their orders without needing to call anyone.
His background is in making things work smoothly behind the scenes. If the website loads fast and the booking process makes sense, that's him.
