No. The entire process is 100% remote. All consultations, measurements, fittings, and reviews are handled via WhatsApp and Zoom. You never need to fly to Malaysia.
We recommend starting at least 6 to 8 months before your wedding date. This allows sufficient time for design consultation, production, fittings, and international shipping.
We ship worldwide. Our past international clients include brides from Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France, and the USA. If your country is not listed, WhatsApp us to confirm delivery options.
We guide you through the entire measurement process via Zoom using a standard measuring tape. No professional tailor required — our team walks you through every measurement step by step.
Our guided measurement process and two video review sessions (First Look and Final Look) are specifically designed to prevent sizing and design issues before dispatch. In the rare event of a minor fit issue, contact us immediately upon receipt and we will advise on the best resolution.
Yes. During your initial consultation we share our full catalogue, design sketches, and fabric samples via video. You confirm every detail before production begins — nothing proceeds without your approval.
International payments are accepted via Wise Transfer. Full payment guidance is provided during your consultation. We do not proceed with production until deposit is confirmed.
