Our boutique is located in Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia. While the majority of our brides are local, we do accept orders from other countries. We have worked with brides from Singapore, Taiwan, New Zealand, Australia, and the UK.
The process of designing and creating a custom wedding dress or recreating one of PP Signature’s bridal collection dresses for our international brides is easy and fun!

Whether your dream wedding dress / bridal gown comes from a Pinterest picture or you love one of PP Signature’s collection's design, the virtual process of making it happen is easy and fun!
The initial consultation will take place over WhatsApp. For the brides who prefer Zoom Meeting, we have that option available as well.
The ideal time to reach out for the ‘initial consultation’ is 4-6 months for custom couture experience.
For the consultation you may share your wedding dress ideas and inspiration.
During the consultation we will get to know you, understand your vision and help you narrow down the design and style of your dream dress.
We will discuss your favorite dress design, styles, measurements, fabric, and colors.
After you've made full payment to secure your order, we will create a dress process timeline. We will schedule the Zoom Meeting includes Body Measurement, First Look of the design & Final Look before we finalize and ship the dress to you.
We will schedule 2-3 Zoom Meeting fittings:
The first (1) fitting is a 30 minutes long Zoom Meeting to get your Body Measurements. You will need a measuring tape and we will guide you thoroughly.
The second (2) Zoom Meeting is called the “First Look” meeting. This is when we provide you the actual look of your dress before the embellishment work started. Every design feature comes together at this point.
The third (3) Zoom Meeting is the day we show you the "Final Look" of the dress. We will walk you through all the details you need to know about your dress before we ship the dress to you.
TERMS AND POLICY
Your wedding dress is made especially for you, customized to your size and height. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges but we created a great system. You will be part of your dress creation process: step by step, through photos, videos, and Zoom Meeting sessions.
You will be absolutely in love with your dress through the process and fall in love with it again when you try it on!
PAYMENTS
If you choose to make payments on your dress we have a few options. If you have a Malaysian bank account, simply transfer the payment online to PP Signature Maybank Account. For International bank, all payment are processed through Wise Transfer. Please contact us and we will help you with the payment process.
SHIPPING
PP Signature ships either POSLAJU or preferred logistic partner worldwide. Once shipped, the time for delivery varies from 12-20 business days to major cities. Please note that delivery outside of major cities may incur additional days.
