Yes, please give it a basic clean before sending. This helps our team assess its true condition during inspection, and it protects the dress during handling and transit.
We still do a full professional clean before it's listed, but a fresh dress on arrival means a faster, more accurate inspection.
Our team sets pricing based on condition, brand, and current demand. This keeps your dress moving instead of sitting unsold at a price that doesn't match the market.
No. Every submission is reviewed first. We consider the dress condition, brand, style, size, and current demand before deciding whether to accept it.
You receive 70% of the final sale price. PP Signature retains 30% for managing the consignment and sale.
Example: dress sells for RM1,000, you get RM700; we keep RM300.
PP Signature handles the buyer enquiries, payment, order processing, and delivery to the buyer.
The initial consignment period is 90 days, starting from the date your dress is first listed online by PP Signature.
At the end of the 90 days, we'll discuss the next step with you. Depending on the situation, the dress can continue under a new agreement, or you can arrange to collect the dress.
Please contact PP Signature to request early collection. An early cancellation fee of 30% of the agreed consignment price applies to cover refurbishment and preparation costs. Collection is subject to the status of the dress and any ongoing buyer transaction.
Example. If your dress is listed at RM600, the early cancellation fee is RM180, which is 30% of the listed price.
