How It Work
Perfect for your special occasions, we allow you to rent from our closet with a 4 (four) or 8 (eight) days rental.
Find It: Filter by Color, Size, Material and more to find the best look. We carry hundreds of styles for you to choose!
Reserve It: Choose a delivery date. We recommend choosing a rental begin date 2 (two) days before your event. Order Ships: 1-2 weeks before your rental begin date. You can follow your order in real-time so you know where it is every step of the way.
Try Everything On: The moment you receive it. On the off chance you don't love something, we'll do everything we can to get you a replacement. (terms apply)
Easy Returns: Returns are free and easy! Place items in the provided packaging (includes a pre-paid label). Take the packaging to nearest Post Office before 12.00noon on your rental return date. We will handle the cleaning.
We offer 4 or 8 days reservation. We recommend you book your order to arrive 1-2 days prior to your event to ensure you have plenty of time to get the perfect look. Think of it this way:
Day 1 - Receive your dress and try it on.
Day 2 - Accessorize and find the right shoes for the dress.
Day 3 - Wear it and work it at your event.
Day 4 - Return your rental at your nearest Post Office location by 12.00noon.
8 day rentals are great for trips or busier times when you know you won't be able to return your items right away.
You can book a reservation up to 4 months in advance, and schedule your order to arrive 1-2 days before your event. We offer Next-day delivery to most of Klang Valley areas. The expected delivering timing can be found on our site or app as you browse - we recommend always planning in advance!
If the dress you've been eyeing is not currently available for your event date, keep checking back. While we do not have a wait list for styles, it may become available!
We automatically select the correct shipping option to ensure your items arrive to you on your rental delivery date.

Your expected delivery date will be shown to you during checkout and the time of day you place your order will determine your eligibility for specific shipping rates.

Currently, we do not offer the ability to purchase our 4 or 8 day reserve rentals because they are often reserved by other customers for future dates. You can send back your current rental and buy the item on site if it’s available.
We do our best to ensure that all items you selected are included in your order.
On rare occasions an item may become unavailable due to being returned late by the previous renter or not passing our final quality assurance check. In order to get your shipment out in time, you will either be given the option to self-select a replacement to ship with your order, or provided a replacement selected by our team.
If the item was detected too far into processing, our team will select a replacement for you. If the replacement doesn’t work for your event you will have to opt to be reimbursed for the unavailable item. Please contact us to assist you.
Size & Fit
We totally understand fit can be nerve-wracking. We recommend you to choose your size or provide us your body measurement as per tutorial.
We will do our best to provide a replacement if your reserve rental styles do not fit.
If we are able to get you a replacement before your event, we will charge you accordingly to cover shipping + tax.
If we are not able to get you a replacement before your event please contact us to assist you.

Your order will ship 1-2 weeks before your rental begin date. Once it's shipped, you can track your order in real-time.
You can find your order number on our website by clicking the account icon and then "Order History" or you can also find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
Orders typically ship out 1-2 weeks before your rental begin date. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. You can also track your order by navigating to the "Track Your Order" section of our website.
Please be sure to try on your order immediately upon receiving it. Any damage to items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a free replacement.
Request your replacement as soon as possible. The expected delivery timing will be provided prior to confirming your order.
Please contact us with a photo of the item you received. We will be sure to assist you right away.
Our operations team reviews every order thoroughly before it ships out. If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one package. Please review the delivery details of your order to confirm if there is more than one tracking number associated.

If you received an item you weren't expecting, please take a photo and whatsapp us at 011-1856 3787. Our team is here to help set you up with a refund or a replacement right away.
If you need to make changes to your order, you may contact our team as soon as possible. If we haven't started packing your order, you can change your rental begin date, change sizes, add an accessory and/or update your shipping address.
We typically start packing your order 1-2weeks before your rental begin date and unfortunately cannot make any changes to orders that are already in the process of being packed or have already shipped from our fulfillment center.
Any order that cancelled within 24 hours is eligible for cancellation.
You will receive a refund or a credit depending on when you cancel your order and CANCELLATION FEE will be applied of transaction fee (2-3%) & merchant processing fee (6-8%) will be deducted.
How To Return
Unfortunately, orders returned to us late have a domino effect. When you return something late, it means the next person who was planning on wearing that style no longer can.
In order to ensure all customers have an exceptional experience, late fee(s) of up to RM50 per day will be charged to your payment method of file for each reserve order that is not returned on time.
If you have not returned a rental item within 7 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and we will charge your payment method on file.
Late Fee Policy Details for Reserve Orders:
Returns must be dropped off with the shipping carrier noted on your return label by 12.00noon on or before the return date specified in your order (see our FAQ if your return date falls on a Sunday or observed holiday). This ensures that your package will be scanned by the return carrier by the next day and returned to us on time.
We will not cover additional fees incurred due to international shipping. Please note that you are liable for any late fees incurred, regardless of any third party involved with the return. Do not leave your rentals with any third party (for example, your hotel, mailroom or friend) for return.
If you lose your return packaging*, you are responsible for returning the item at your own expense by the expected return date, and providing us with a tracking number. Returns should be sent to the following address: Planet Pengantin (M) Sdn. Bhd. 13A-1, Level 1, Jalan Kajang Perdana 2/2, Taman Kajang Perdana, 43000, Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia.
We know sending your rental back can be hard. That's why we made returns super easy! Pack up your rentals in the garment bag they came in box.
Just drop-off your rental in its original packaging with the return prepaid AWB attached to make your return shipping as hassle-free as possible.
You can return your order via the carrier specified on your shipping label, or by scanning and returning your items at one of your local Post Offices.
If all of your items do not fit into the prepaid packaging included with your order, you can remove the return label and attach it to the box you originally received your order in. You will not incur any additional fees for completing your return this way!

Although most shipping carriers are closed on Sundays and observed holidays, you can still send your garment bag back via your specified carrier's drop box on your rental end date.
If you are sending your garment bag back via your shipping carrier's store, you may drop it off by 12.00noon on the day following your rental end date and you will not be charged late fees.

Then, you will need to print by yourself and put the label on the box for shipping.

We offer Next-Day delivery service (within Klang Valley) for orders placed before 3pm. The delivery parcels will arrive at your convenience by 7pm on weekdays only.

We offer 2 delivery options:

We do offer self pick up option at our boutique which is free of charge.
No, leave the dry-cleaning to us! All you need to do is re-pack the dress into the garment bag/prepaid return box.
A late fee of RM50/day applies.
Pick your dresses and select your preferred rental time frame of 4-day or 8-day rental, we will get the dress to you on your chosen date.
We would recommend the delivery to be 1 to 2 weeks prior your event to avoid any last-minute scheduling or deliveries. Once your dress is reserved, we will send you a confirmation email.
The dresses will be inspected for damage upon return. If they are still in good condition, deposit will be refunded within 2-5 working days.
