Service Description

By offering a unique and streamlined online gown design process, PP Signature makes it possible for you to create a wedding gown that's uniquely yours at an accessible price point! Our designers guide you through every step of the way - so you look and feel exactly the way you want on your big day.

You will work hand in hand with our designer to personalized the style, cut, fabrics, embellishment and all other aspects to the smallest details.

Our craftsmanship's are proven to be one of the best in this area. We have more than 11 years of experience in doing online tailoring without having you to come physically to our boutique (especially for those who lives far away from our location) .

However, as with any custom-made clothing, the cost depends on the complexity of the design, and the cost of the material used. When creating a custom clothing, the sky is the limits. But that doesn't mean you have to shoot for the moon. If you have a specific budget in mind, we will make recommendations based on your budget.

Price Range

  • Full Material Provided by us: Starting price RM2500++
  • Material Partially provided by customer: Starting price RM1500++
  • Material Fully Provided by Customer: Starting Price RM 1000++

**All price however varies depending on difficulties of handling the and complexities of the design.

 

Online Booking T&C

 Price

A fix price of RM 100 is the fees to set an appointment for your online meeting session with our designer. It is limited to a one session only. This fees are not the final price for your custom-made clothing.

However this booking fees will be deducted from your final agreed price.

The booking fees are non-refundable.

Sessions

The sessions will be conducted in Zoom online conference.

Session are limited to one (1) hour per booking.

Any subsequent session(s) are free of charge when you agreed to custom-made with us.

Cancellations

Any cancellation needs to be inform to us one (1) day before you appointment date. We can only accept Re-scheduling for any cancellation. We do not accept cancellation for refund.

On the appointment day, your booking will be treated as a 'No Show' after three (3) attempts to contact you, and your payment won't be refund.

Re-schedule

Re-schedule are permitted to be made for a maximum number of two (2) times only.

After that you need to make a new appointment .

Qs: How do I know if my custom gown will align with my dress vision?

A: This is a very common question and we completely understand you may be worried about how your final custom gown will look like! There will always be a degree of unknown in any custom process, however rest assured we've definitely taken this into consideration and we guide you through every step of the way with updates and provide as much visual reference as we can to ensure that we’re aligned on your vision and your final gown reflects this! Feel free to book a design consultation to understand our process better and what to expect every step along the way.

 

Qs: How do I provide measurements?

A: PP Signature will provide a detailed list of measurements for your dress so all aspects are accounted for. You can have them taken at a local seamstress or schedule a time for a Zoom call with our team to take then together on a call.

 

Qs: Will my "Custom Made" dress fit perfectly?

A: Our goal in providing a custom made service is to have our products to suit your body shape as best as possible. However, even with custom made products we don’t expect that all items will fit perfectly upon receipt, however as they are made for your proportions our brides generally require less alterations compared to standard sizing. A perfect fit can only be achieved in person with an experienced seamstress. Our gowns have been designed for easy alterations or adjustments and we highly recommend booking in a seamstress appointment early on to avoid rush.

 

Qs: What's your Return Policy?

A: All gowns are final sale & we do not accept returns for any other reasons.

We make bookings easy. We do the same with our general terms and conditions and therefore have easy-to-read general terms and conditions.

When do these terms and conditions apply?

These terms and conditions apply to all customers that book our on-line custom-made booking services trough PP Signature official website.

Privacy statement

All data collected from customers are strictly private.

The login details of all users are strictly personal and may not be shared with any other person. All users are responsible for ensuring their usernames and passwords are kept secret. For security reasons, we recommend that you change passwords regularly and choose unique passwords that are only used for PP Signature website.

Illegal content may not be placed on PP Signature. By this we mean material that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, or content that is contrary to the law, public policy, or public morality. In addition a PP Signature account may not be created for the purpose of reproducing all or part of PP Signature.

We may close your user account with immediate effect if you do not comply with the rules set out in these terms and conditions.

When can we change these conditions?

We can change our general terms and conditions at any time. If we do so, we will send you our new terms and conditions one week before the date they take effect.

If you continue to use PP Signature On-line Custom-made booking after a change to these terms and conditions, you agree to the content of these terms and conditions.

Keeping Your Dress Safe BEFORE Your Event Day

Once you decide to rent the dress, it will be reserved minimum 7 days before your big day (buffer of delivery time) and shipped to your home address. These are exercise cautions about how to handle your piece of dress at every stage Before, On and After.

You will finally get to wear your desire dress on your big day. Isn’t it exciting? However, remember that this is also the day when your dress will be subjected to most wear and tear. If you are a little careful, you can make sure that the damage to your dress is minimum. Here is what you should take care of on your big day.

The big day has come and end with lasting memories. Yet, your job isn’t complete! It is time to get your dress prepped to return. Here is what to do.

DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER

  • Tracking No. will be emailed/personal messaged/WhatsApp to you within 1-2 day once the payment received.
  • We usually ship within 1-3 working days after confirmation of payment.
  • It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appear in PosLaju/Pgeon tracking system, because they normally keys-in tracking code at the end of the day.

DOMESTIC (MALAYSIA) SHIPPING CHARGES AND DELIVERY DURATIONS

  • We ship throughout Malaysia
  • Shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia is RM9 onwards.
  • For Sabah and Sarawak is RM16 onwards.
  • Shipping charges are quoted based on weight and will be automatically calculated during checkout.
  • Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 5 business days for Peninsula Malaysia and may take up to 7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.
  • Our working day is Monday to Friday.

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We charge based on Pos Malaysia International postage fees.
